In the preline phase, all internal services must be installed, and insulation must be added. All works will be inspected by the city council to ensure adherence to building code standards.

Water supply pipes, which include those for drinking water and hot water, are essential components. Plumbing drainage systems carry all wastewater out of the house and direct it into the public sewage system.
electricity & lighting
Licensed electricians will install all the electrical wiring throughout the rooms and provide power points for future use. Additionally, the lighting points should be planned and installed during this stage.
Other serviers
Services like air ducting, air conditioning central heating systems, and central vacuum systems should also be installed during the preline stage.
